eMR 3.0 Working Group

We are not alone in what is being requested. Last week a report was published by the NHS that describes the same issues that we are trying to address. This report has been endorsed by numerous clinical groups in the UK. This report recommends the formation of a group that would develop and endorse the various content standards that are needed for supporting good clinical practice. This report is available at http://www.connectingforhealth.nhs.uk/systemsandservices/clinrecords Similar efforts are happening in Australia and in the US.
